Valley Yoga has designed your classes to be small and intimate for personal attention, and offer an ability to forge a connection, with Carrie Hoff, the Yoga instructor, and for her to do the same with you. This special class setting allows her to learn your strengths and weaknesses and add to the class to help you feel your best.
Every class is different to encourage a fusion between the mind, body, and spirit. We look to Him for wholeness. We laugh, fall over, sweat and support each other… it all comes together as a community of faith at Valley Yoga, where we all get to know each other… no strangers here.

About Carrie Hoff, Valley Yoga – RYT 500 Instructor
“I teach yoga with compassion towards each individual and encourage them to practice mindfully at their current ability. My approach is to gently guide students to connect breath to movement and find freedom in their postures through props and correct alignment. When our approach to yoga is relaxed and open-hearted, the strength and healing we desire happens effortlessly. I want everyone to feel a sense of community and to feel safe asking questions and experimenting on their mats. My classes are a union of the inner and outer being and I am committed to help each person discover the grace and healing that yoga can bring to their lives.”
